Lane Family Chiropractic, led by Dr. Tommy Lane, is a busy chiropractic practice located in Tampa, Florida. With such a large volume of patients, the staff found it difficult to handle the ever-increasing paper flow of patient records, insurance forms and other necessary documents.

Lane Family Chiropractic retained Devo to deliver a paper management system to fit their specific needs.

The Devo team set up DYMO File. This software allows the staff to take advantage of electronic files in an easy-to-use, affordable system. They now save their paper documents as searchable, editable digital files.

DYMO File software includes templating tools to create folder systems for common tasks. For example, the staff created a digital folder for each patient. And because this digital filing system eliminates paper handling, they are better able to maintain patient privacy.

Since the Devo team implemented the software, Lane Family Chiropractic has been able to scan month’s worth of files in just a few hours and create a customized system to fit their needs.

Handling all of our paperwork has always required a great deal of time and patience. Now our rows of filing cabinets are gone, my staff is less stressed and we can devote more time to our patients.
